Dental Bridges

Constructed to replace one or more missing teeth, dental bridges are prosthesis that cannot be removed. The bridge is attached to the teeth on both sides of the gap restoring both functionality and aesthetics. Noble alloys, porcelain, or porcelain fused to metal are the materials used in this procedure.

Why would you need a dental bridge?

A dental bridge can serve several purposes including:

  • Replacing missing teeth

  • Preventing movement of other teeth

  • Fixing the aesthetics of your smile

  • Full mouth rehabilitation

  • Dental Implant therapy

Dental bridges are a restorative dental service that replaces missing teeth with a bridge composed of abutments and pontics. The procedure involves preparing the teeth for crowns, taking impressions, and fabricating the bridge in a dental lab.

Why should I Replace my Missing Tooth?

If you have missing teeth, the teeth around them and on the opposite arch can begin to drift out of place.

Teeth that drift out of position have these characteristics:

  • Prone to tooth decay

  • Experience uneven wear and bite force

  • Can affect the feel of your bite and your smile
